WELDING
The ABCM GROUP is a partner for the control of your welded assemblies. We are equipped and qualified to carry out assemblies in manual and robotized process. The group is equipped with 2 robotic units fitted with bi-pallet rotary tables which allow the device to be loaded in masked time. Our manual means, which is particularly well suited to small production runs and small parts, is equipped with an adjustable turner. It is also used for the first phases of prototyping of large series.
We have full control over the industrialisation of our production resources with specific process resources. The sizing of the welding assemblies and their production are carried out internally and are constantly optimised to control the quality and repeatability of our assemblies. Handling equipment is used to limit the effort required, particularly on large parts. Our team members are trained and qualified in accordance with the normative requirements. These authorisations enable us to assess the quality of the assemblies and to control our processes. Within the framework of our certifications, we provide our customers with the QMOS and DMOS performed as well as the individual certificates of our employees.
