PROTOTYPE
In order to assist you in the production of your low-volume products or for qualification before going into series production, the ABCM Group has set up the SAMEV structure. This company is dedicated to the production of single parts and prototypes. It is equipped with traditional and numerically controlled machining machines up to 5 axes to produce parts by material removal. Our 3D printers complete the know-how for parts made by adding material. Our printers use your files in STL format directly from your design software. This allows us to produce parts for your activities or to visualise the parts before machining. We can also carry out the first assemblies to validate all the dimensional and aesthetic aspects. During this project phase, we are at your disposal to carry out the iterations that will allow perfect optimisation of your product for your function by integrating the machining constraints in order to guarantee the repeatability of the part in series. This prototyping stage lays the foundations for possible industrialisation and enables us to identify the most suitable site for taking on the eventual series.
