PAINTING

In order to ensure the aesthetic and anti-corrosion finish, we are equipped with a painting line. This line consists of a room for cleaning and degreasing the parts. Degreasing is done by solvent or phosphating. Then the parts are put in an oven to dry. The last stage of preparation consists of masking the functional surfaces so that they are not painted.

For painting, we have a paint preparation room and a paint application booth. The process used is the spraying of liquid paint onto a prepared surface.

Once this stage has been completed, the parts are returned to the oven for drying and then packed before being dispatched. Our process is monitored by our operators for gloss, adhesion and thickness.
