Machining is in the DNA of the ABCM group. It is the first activity that has been developed and mastered by our teams. We have had skills for over 30 years and our experience has consolidated our know-how. Machining is deployed on different sites with different vocations for each. The sites have acquired certifications in line with the specificities of their activities.

The MECATURN site carries out the machining of aeronautical parts and small parts. The machine park that is being developed is perfectly dedicated to the needs and requirements of the customers. The recent acquisition of a 5-axis centre as well as a milling lathe is fully in line with this orientation with the production of complex parts.

The ABCM site is focused on medium-sized parts. We deploy exceptional know-how in the production of axes. Our highly robotised turning equipment enables us to achieve high rates of production and to guarantee the repeatability of parts. Robotisation is also a vector of progress for our teams, with this equipment we reduce the manual handling of heavy and cumbersome parts, promoting well-being at work. ABCM’s milling activity involves machining in the mass but also machining foundry assemblies. This activity, like turning, is tending to be robotised and developed.

IVEA has the particularity of offering skills in the production of large parts and ensuring the production of smaller parts with the aim of producing complete assemblies dedicated to the transmission of energy and movement.
