CUTTING

Laser cutting is an activity developed by LASERDEC. It is equipped with a latest generation laser with a power of 6KW and a large capacity of 4000x2000mm which can cut sheets from 0.5mm to 25mm thick. The main materials used will be steel, stainless steel and aluminium. To ensure maximum autonomy, it is equipped with an automatic loading and unloading tower. Another cutting table allows to ensure the punctual needs in all agility. In order to combine performance and digitalisation, this unit is controlled by software integrating functions from the estimate to the delivery note and including programming. All of this is done on site or remotely, coordinated with a CAPM.

In addition to cutting, LASERDEC offers bending, welding and rolling services. These technologies have been integrated to meet our own needs. They are also available to all our customers.
